The room provided a lovely view and was very clean i found it easy to relax the facilities are modern and well maintained i especially liked the airport shuttle. It was punctual and frequent i found that the staff were very helpful.

i found the staff to be attentive to my departure needs and they arranged transportation back to the airport. check-in was quick and efficient. the room was large with a couch fridge kettle coffee work desk and chair i found the wifi good.

The hotel is accessible via the commuter mrt train. It's just one stop from tpe. i used the free shuttle service to the airport, quite handy. my room had a separate shower and vanity area. This made getting ready super efficient.

I found the ventilation in my room to be ineffective. This allowed smells from other rooms to enter, not so great

the shuttle service was convenient to get to the airport.

The bathroom lacked a proper shower. it only had a handheld shower head and a half-length glass panel, so water flooded the floor. getting an extra bathmat wasn't possible since they had run out. I was only offered extra towels. the breakfast buffet was also disappointing. there was a cockroach running around on the bread. staff squashed it and brushed it off without removing the bread.
