Satisfactory short stay
rooftop pool shuttle service air conditioning cramped layout
The rooftop pool was a great amenity. I also used the shuttle service to the airport. It was convenient and efficient.
The air conditioning in the lobby was not turned on during the night. I noticed that staff members seemed uncomfortable. The bathroom design felt cramped.

Convenient stay near airport
airport shuttle punctual service quiet room relaxed atmosphere
The hotel provided a complimentary airport shuttle. It was punctual and easy to locate. My room was quiet and well-equipped with amenities. The rooftop area offered nice views and a relaxed atmosphere.
The elevator system required a keycard, and not all elevators accessed the dining and pool floor. This caused some minor delays and was not initially explained.

The hotel location is very near the airport. A free shuttle service makes getting to and from the airport simple. The proximity to the terminals allowed for quick transfers.

acceptable but with issues
strong odor stained curtains
the staff were amazing. they messaged before our stay ensuring we had everything we needed including a transfer from the airport.
The room itself wasn't as clean as we would have wanted. there was a strong odor in the room. The curtains were stained and the bed linens didn't seem super clean. it was concerning, and i expected better hygiene. i hope they address these issues quickly.

extra pillows soft beds airport shuttle early closure poor food inconvenient location
the staff offered a warm greeting. they made arrangements for extra pillows. the beds were soft and comfy. the airport shuttle saved some stress in figuring out how to get to the hotel..
The main restaurant closes too early. i felt forced to eat on the roof patio. The food was not very good. going out on the street is not convenient for a late arrival and early departure.

high breakfast price unclear explanation
the free airport shuttle was acceptable and on time.
the breakfast wasn't included, though the price was higher than average. you have to order breakfast at reception during check-in. the price there differs from paying directly at the breakfast room, but they didn't explain the difference.

free shuttle rooftop bar excellent sandwich
The location is close to the airport. A free shuttle made transportation easy. The rooftop bar has an excellent club sandwich, also some draught beers.
The air conditioning barely worked. Cooling the room was impossible.

decent stay near the terminal
comfortable beds respectful staff clean room small room pricey room missing towels
i booked just after midday. i had a standard twin room. it was clean and the beds were comfortable. the staff was grand and courteous.
hand towels are not provided. the room was a bit pricey for its size. i found the lack of hand towels inconvenient.
