i found the staff kind and helpful. i like it when the receptionists, barmen, waiters, waitresses, and chamber maids all work together. the room feature soundproof windows and equipment is well done. i visited the fantastic pool for a relaxing swim, it was a good time.
i am disappointed not to get a cold drink from the minibar. there is no minibar available, and the specified drinking water tap in the bathroom output lukewarm water. i did not want to call room service so late at night for such a thing.

the location is superb! walking from the plane to the hotel was convenient. i was delighted with the upgrade to a higher-level room. the amazing pool was a total highlight, a lovely way to unwind after my flight.

Demiro really wowed me at check-in. I felt welcome right away! the lounge was a total win, it included tons of food and drinks. raymond and his crew were great and super attentive. nok greeted me warmly. She was very charming!
One bedside light didn't work. It was kind of annoying. also, the soap and lotion dispensers are fixed, i prefer a personal bottle. the room felt a bit worn. there wasn't much room to hang clothes. I would have liked more.

The check-in process was efficient and cute. The staff ensured my luggage was handled with care upon my arrival. I especially enjoyed the included breakfast. The buffet offered many delicious options. The whole experience made my layover a true pleasure.
The noise from the nearby airport was sometimes noticeable in my room. While not overwhelming, better soundproofing would improve the overall experience.

Raymond and nok at the lounge were attentive. their smiles created a vibrant atmosphere. the pizza from the chef was great. i liked the pool access room. It had convenient access and its own outdoor seating area. the hotel is a short walk to the jewel, a must see.
the front desk staff was not knowledgeable! they gave incorrect advice about transport to johor, recommending a plane instead of a bus or car. the concierge then booked an expensive van to johor, not mentioning the need to complete immigration pre-arrival for malaysia.
