The noise insulation was poor. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway at all hours. it was hard to get a good night's sleep because of thin walls.

the staff was really helpful and answered my questions shortly, also fullfiled my request accordingly.

the tv wasnt working at all, i was annoyed i ended up connecting to the lounge nearby to get wifi. basically i couldnt even make a call, was a waste of money.

The noise insulation was terrible. Every sound from the corridor echoed right into the room. i could hear other guests conversations and even the cleaning staff moving around. it made getting any real rest difficult. also, the check-in process felt impersonal and rushed, the staff didn't seem particularly interested in answering my questions or providing helpful information. it all felt very transactional, and it lacked any personal touch, impersonal check-in
