The hotel is conveniently located inside the terminal. This is perfect for a transit stay. I found the staff to be polite and helpful . The location inside the airport made it easy to find.

The room was quite cold, and I could not turn off the air conditioning. This made sleeping a little difficult. I also found the signage in the airport confusing. It was not easy to find the hotel.

the room was quiet enough and this was a welcome feature.

it proved very hard to sleep. i felt as though there was a canteen above the room. chairs and tables seemed to get dragged around until almost 2 am. people shouting outside my room also did not assist a good night's sleep.

i found the single room doors to be rather noisy. it was difficult to close and latch them silently. people coming and going constantly caused disturbance. i needed ear plugs to get undisturbed sleep.

I appreciated the efficient service and helpful staff. Henny and April printed a train ticket for me after I forgot. I also liked how quiet the room was. It made resting easier between flights.

The bed firmness was not my preference. I prefer something softer for better sleep.

Amalina, the duty manager, stood out with really good friendliness. She ensured my comfort, even with some language differences, and recommended new vegetarian meal options. Chefs Pin and Zoel thoughtfully accommodated my dietary needs.

hard mattressearly wake-up call

The mattress firmness was not great for me. It felt very hard. I kept waking up because my body parts were falling asleep from lack of blood flow. It seemed like sleeping on the floor. I paid extra to sleep two more hours, but the staff called my room early to say my checkout was due. They should have known I paid for extra time.
