The hotel provides a very convenient location near the airport. I found it was easy to access the food court and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful to me.

I found the sound insulation in the room to be poor, as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is accessible from the airport through a tunnel I found helpful. A cart assisted with luggage all the way to the hotel entrance. The room offered air conditioning along with a ceiling fan. A mini mart provided snacks and drinks all day.

The hotel elevators were a bit slow I noticed.

The walkway to the hotel is very convenient. I could easily walk from terminal 2 in just ten minutes under a covered path. A complimentary food voucher was also a nice touch. The staff provided super diligent service and quickly assisted me when my husband needed to go to the clinic.

The room lacked a bidet in the washroom.
