the cleaners did a great job refreshing our room each day..
the receptionist told me that the room i booked was unavailable so she offered an upgrade. the problem was that the upgraded room had a partition door with the neighboring room, which i found unacceptable. to get a room with full privacy, i needed to pay an additional $83.93. this was quite frustrating as it seemed like a trick to get more money.

the room offered comfortable beds and plenty of space. i found the rooftop pool quite enjoyable with excellent views. the proximity to local food options was convenient (a big plus for exploring local cuisine). the airport shuttle service was indeed easy to locate and use.
i noticed that some areas seemed a bit dated. i also experienced some noise disruptions from neighboring rooms which impacted the quality of my sleep. this issue needs attention from the hotel.

i found the staff to be helpful. the room had everything i needed and was clean. the shuttle from changi airport was easy to find. (i even saw a youtube video explaining it!)
i did notice some areas need regrouting. the pool tiles also need updating. i feel these small improvements would enhance the overall experience.

the hotel has a rooftop infinity pool with sea views. i saw there were jacuzzis available for soaking. airport shuttle runs regularly from 8 am to 10 pm at 75-minute intervals.

the staff were so cute! the rooftop pool had a lovely atmosphere, and the views were expansive. i especially enjoyed the poolside bar. its cocktails were expertly crafted.
the room's air conditioning was too strong, it was difficult to adjust. the breakfast selection lacked variety. i found it quite disappointing.
