The location provided easy access to the airport.
I experienced problems. The water pressure was poor, and half the toiletries were missing from my room. The shower head also dripped constantly throughout the night (this was irritating).

The location is excellent. It is an easy walk from the airport terminals. Dining options in The Jewel building created a relaxing atmosphere. The open central garden atrium is a plus.
The check-in time is late if you book through a third party.

The two female staff greeted my partner and I. They were really cute and their service felt very caring and genuine. We left our luggage there to roam freely before we checked in.

The location is amazing. The Jewel waterfall is right opposite the hotel. It is as close to the airport as you can get. Many shops are right nearby.

The hotel has a great water machine. This machine fills your bottle with very chilled water. Complimentary tea and coffee facilities are a nice touch to have.
