bus routecoastal promenade

the reception staff provided information on getting around. bus stops are very near the hotel. the no. 8 bus fare is just 2€ per person. it takes less than 15 minutes to bring you to its terminal at the coastal promenade.

The room could not be cooled below 24c. There was no furniture on the balcony.

The staff was REALLY helpful. They provided useful information at check-in. They assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport. The available WiFi was convenient. I received excellent advice for local attractions.

The television had poor quality audio and visual issues when using the light switch.

The reception personnel provided thorough directions. The hotel shared details about the waterbus, which costs 1.10€ to cross the water channel to the monument for italian sailors. breakfast was definitely good too. The rooms are super fresh and very clean. i especially loved the close proximity to bus stops near the hotel

I noticed the bathroom had just one light. This made visibility a bit challenging.

The hotel sits a short drive from the airport and a reasonable walk to the city center. bus stops are opposite THE hotel, and several restaurants are close by. it's a very nice convenient location.

The staff IS really professional. I was surprised by their kindness and helpfulness. The staff in the breakfast restaurant and the reception were always available to assist.
