The hotel provided parking. It was convenient.

The high tea was a complete letdown. The food arrived late after a long delay, almost an hour after the stated start time. The selection was shockingly limited, and the few items offered tasted quite bad. I expect more. It reminded me of a waste of time and money.

the room was super clean each day. amila, the housekeeping team member, was attentive to detail with the provision of daily bottled water! we stored these in our studio double at ward7 57 virticle restaurants.

The hotel was noisy though i asked for a quiet room. the front facing room had traffic noise till early hours! it seemed to lack sound proofing because i could hear people waiting for the lift in the corridors. Hence, no sleep

The infinity pool had amazing city views. the breakfast buffet included many options. I tried local recipes and western dishes. the spa packages were worthwhile. I chose the ayurvedic head massage.

The rooftop restaurant service was slow. i found the staff to be insufficient there. I saw one waiter washing glasses. i also noticed that no one checked on the tables.
