i appreciate the helpful staff. anureadha, angela, rizana, charu, ganga, and gaya were very friendly to our kids. they looked after the kids with love and care.

i found the hotel confusing. restaurants were on many levels, and pools were too. there was no simple shop open late.

the premier life oceanfront view king room had a great view. the room included a separate shower. i loved the comfortable bed. the ladies at the kids club were really helpful with the kids. i appreciated the bracelet making and coloring activities they provided.

The lifts were slow. We noticed notable waiting times.

personal concierge lovely gift kind employee

Supun, my personal concierge, was available to assist with any questions. This felt unique. rabina gave me a lovely gift at the end of my stay, it was unexpected. the staff made good restaurant recommendations, i found new places. every employee i encountered was kind.

The room was tastefully decorated, but a cigarette smell entered every 20 minutes. It seemed to come through the ventilation system. i understand that the casino is on lower floors, but smoke shouldn't reach non-smoking rooms. the hotel needs to check the ventilation.

The hotel has shopping malls inside. It makes accessing things easy. there are also good food options available, though improvements are possible, many cuisines are represented. the hotel is in the city center, convenience is excellent.

The staff was helpful and smiling. they always made an effort to make me comfortable. there are dedicated concierges. It adds a personal touch. the team is proactive with assistance. It is useful.
