i appreciate the helpful staff. anureadha, angela, rizana, charu, ganga, and gaya were very friendly to our kids. they looked after the kids with love and care.

i found the hotel confusing. restaurants were on many levels, and pools were too. there was no simple shop open late.

the premier life oceanfront view king room had a great view. the room included a separate shower. i loved the comfortable bed. the ladies at the kids club were really helpful with the kids. i appreciated the bracelet making and coloring activities they provided.

Supun, my personal concierge, was available to assist with any questions. This felt unique. rabina gave me a lovely gift at the end of my stay, it was unexpected. the staff made good restaurant recommendations, i found new places. every employee i encountered was kind.

The room was tastefully decorated, but a cigarette smell entered every 20 minutes. It seemed to come through the ventilation system. i understand that the casino is on lower floors, but smoke shouldn't reach non-smoking rooms. the hotel needs to check the ventilation.
