The executive lounge staff impressed me with their attentiveness. Dinesh, Kiara, Neha, Dinujani and Suchith accommodated all my requests. The food tasted very delicious and the service was excellent. Imesh made yummy hoppers at the station.

The gym could use some new equipment.

i had a great experience here. the breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options, including live cooking stations and high-quality foods. mr lakmal, the f&b training manager, gave us genuine sri lankan hospitality. the security staff, especially prasad, greeted all guests with smiles and kindness.

I found the location to be quite convenient. Access to the World Trade Center and ATMs was easy. The hotel gardens offered a very pleasant view from my window. I appreciated the proximity to several trendy restaurants inside the Dutch Hospital. The bar had lively music. I enjoyed the entertainment.

The absence of automatically provided WiFi credentials was slightly inconvenient upon arrival.
