a wonderful stay in the heart of everything

The staff was very friendly. dona at check-in made my arrival smooth (i arrived late, so it was a relief). i was upgraded to a towers suitewith a great view. the luxury hour was a nice perk. I enjoyed the selection of drinks and snacks. i appreciated the live music during happy hour.

The television froze repeatedly. This was a minor annoyance .

the fitness center had good equipment, even if i didn't use it much.

The tv kept turning on at random hours during the night. I think the hotel systems was malfunctioning. i tried to turn it off but it would turn on again some time later. this kept me awake each night.

The hotel setting across the indian ocean is amazing. The grandeur is undeniable! it provides great access to many destinations, especially for business purposes and meetings. It is a convenient and picturesque base.
