this place had a fantastic location. my room, a superior king room, was neat. the breakfast buffet had many options and i enjoyed it Every morning.
the ac unit in my room was noisy and it bothered me. also, the pillows were too soft and offered little support. the check-in process took a VERY long time.

the food was amazing!!! i specially loved the crispy chicken and chili dish. the almond lychee agar agar with coconut ice cream was also good. we felt comfortable because we had our own private space.
the staff wasn't courteous and i didn't feel welcomed! many staff i encountered, were not happy to support me. the ac temperature in the rooms was not cool enough.

I enjoyed the sustainability efforts made by the hotel. It is great to see thoughtful resource management in place. Greener daily practices are visible throughout the hotel. The team reduces their environmental impact actively.
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours. I found it challenging to access equipment at times.
