fantastic location neat room breakfast options noisy ac unit soft pillows slow check-in
this place had a fantastic location. my room, a superior king room, was neat. the breakfast buffet had many options and i enjoyed it Every morning.
the ac unit in my room was noisy and it bothered me. also, the pillows were too soft and offered little support. the check-in process took a VERY long time.

a balanced experience
crispy chicken chili dish private space unhappy staff ac temperature
the food was amazing!!! i specially loved the crispy chicken and chili dish. the almond lychee agar agar with coconut ice cream was also good. we felt comfortable because we had our own private space.
the staff wasn't courteous and i didn't feel welcomed! many staff i encountered, were not happy to support me. the ac temperature in the rooms was not cool enough.

resource management greener practices positive change
I enjoyed the sustainability efforts made by the hotel. It is great to see thoughtful resource management in place. Greener daily practices are visible throughout the hotel. The team reduces their environmental impact actively.
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours. I found it challenging to access equipment at times.

The buffet included a Lovely spread with many varieties available. Kids enjoyed the cotton candy station, while adults appreciated the diverse culinary options. I noted polite staff members providing excellent service.

The pool AREA was large and well-kept. I observed many guests relaxing in the pool area. There were ample loungers for sunbathing and shaded sections for relaxation. The environment promoted leisure.

Staff members demonstrated a commitment to improving the guest experience. Bartenders were professional and friendly providing really good interaction. General Manager Dushantha offered hands-on leadership. I witnessed genuine care and support from Vinoli.
