I experienced attentive service at the Plates restaurant. Aveesha ensured my needs were met. I enjoyed the buffet dinner with friends. I found the food excellent.

I found the front desk staff less friendly. They seemed bothered by guest requests.

The hotel has several restaurants and an outdoor pool available . There are also many seating areas in the lobby and a small shopping center next door. The hotel looks lovely over the Christmas period, so decorations are GREAT!!!

friendly staff great service excellent food room cockroach leaking hose unfitted bedsheets

I had dinner at Plates restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. The service was great, indeed. The international buffet and its components showed the real taste of each region. The ambience was great with the staff calling prior and asking if there were any special occasions for the guests.

There was a cockroach in our room. Cleaning and hygiene needs massive improvement. The bedsheets weren't fitted to the bed. The bathroom toilet hose leaked all over the floor and the sink could have been cleaned better.

warm welcome super clean room highest standards smooth experience

The staff offered a warm welcome. Samantha at the front desk helped change my room. She followed up to ensure my comfort (.. ) everything was smooth. Priyantha from housekeeping maintained a super clean room each day. Everything met the highest standards.

The gym could use a bit more equipment to better accommodate peak hours.

Breakfast service was excellent, thanks to Keerthi. He remained calm, attentive, and consistent each morning. Sameera also provided really good service. He greeted everyone with a smile. The curries are especially good. I recommend the fish curry and hoppers.
