a FANTASTIC visit
spacious desk living room various cuisines helpful staff
My time here was great. The bedroom had a spacious desk space. I also enjoyed a living room area complete with a sofa. The hotel is HUGE with multiple restaurants offering various cuisines. It caters to MANY tastes. Pushpita and Shreya at the front desk were SUPER helpful.
I think the location can get REALLY busy, especially with local taxi traffic near the building entrance. It made using ride-sharing apps somewhat challenging.

This hotel includes MANY amenities. There is a gym with modern equipment and a large outdoor swimming pool. The hotel also provides access to multiple on-site shops and has ample parking. I found it very convenient.

I noticed prompt and efficient service from most employees. The staff addressed inquiries quickly and I appreciate it. Monica gave a DETAILED tour of the hotel and its history. She was amazing.

Madras Pavilion offers a wide selection of dishes and its mutton biryani is quite tasty. Cafe Mercara serves various coffees and snacks throughout the day. The Lotus Restaurant provides a lovely dining atmosphere. I love it!

grand hotel, amazing stay
spacious room desk area smiling face extensive knowledge
I found THE room spacious. It included a bedroom and a desk area. A living room had a sofa, I liked this feature. I found that the staff gave great, super hospitality services always with a smile. Monica, my guide, had extensive knowledge of this magnificent hotel.
I found the rooms quite far from the elevator, it was inconvenient.

The hotel boasts several restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. A large hotel makes it easy to get lost, i liked this feeling of exploration. I could find many services catering to various needs.

Staff members like Hina and Prabhu provided SUPER service, and I liked their attention. The front desk staff were excellent, i found them always ready to assist with a smile. Sumeet, the front desk manager, was very efficient.

Madras Pavilion has a wide platter of food choices, I found the menu excellent. The mutton biryani stood out, i LOVED it. Breakfast offered many choices, i found something for every taste.

Really good Stay Defined by Grandeur
excellent design cultural details modern amenities cleanliness standard
The hotel shows excellent architectural design with many cultural details. Rooms include modern amenities like an advanced control system for lighting. Staff responded quickly to requests and were helpful. Housekeeping maintained an excellent standard of cleanliness throughout the stay.
The lift system could be a bit slow sometimes, requiring patience during peak hours.

The main dining hall had a wide variety of options. Breakfast included both local and international cuisine. I was impressed with the freshness of ingredients.

elegant ambiance comfortable bed hotel lobby distant room vegan choice unkept pool
The hotel had an elegant ambiance and a grand interior. The beds were very comfortable, and there was even a pillow menu. The main lobby is a work of art.
The rooms are located far from the elevator. This was inconvenient. The breakfast buffet offered a disappointing lack of vegan choices. I had to actively request vegan options. It required significant time. The pool area was not well kept, and I saw standing water on the bar.

noisy air conditioning missing newspaper
the air conditioning made strange noises throughout the night, i found that distracting. also, one morning, i asked for a newspaper but i never received it. i was a bit disappointed.
