The housekeeping staff was ALWAYS attentive. Cleaning was excellent. They paid close attention to detail. The team was always available. Manish and housekeeping manager Shyam Rathod were very professional. I especially appreciated their dedication. I WILL be back!
I locked my room from the inside one night. Someone used a card and tried to enter my room at 2:30 AM. It took me a minute to open the door. I wish THIS HADN'T happened.

Housekeeping was VERY attentive. They cleaned with amazing attention to detail. The team, especially Manish and Shyam Rathod, showed GREAT professionalism. Reception offered a transfer from the nearby airport. Nancy secured a reservation for us during a busy period with a good rate! The gym was very clean, and breakfast was complete with MANY options.
I noticed a small issue. The front desk management was uninterested when I requested to speak with them.

Chef Bhakti, Abhishek, Sahil, and Zovi were attentive. They ensured our meals were satisfactory, I LOVE it. The breakfast buffet offered a HUGE variety of options. ALL the meals tasted delicious.

Our room had ample space. It was also very clean and super clean! The decor in the rooms looked great, with attention given to maintaining cleanliness. Housekeeping workers Yakub and Mrutunjay were consistently polite. They remained helpful.

my stay included a breakfast experience. i noticed the spread was fresh. there were a mix of options available. the waiter, akash chavan, was courteous. he.
my room was facing a staff double door. i could hear them going in and out. it slammed throughout the night. there was an event shaking the room. the vibrations came from the music.

malfunctioning tvlate snack box
i was a bit disappointed . the tv in my room did not work. i could not access any channels or streaming services. i also could not get any information about the hotel services through it. the room service was only reachable by phone which was inconvenient when i was at the pool because i needed to wait for someone to randomly pass by. also, i ordered a to-go snack box early in the evening and it was not ready when i was checking out. it caused a lot of unnecessary stress before leaving for the airport.
