the staff showed dedicated attention and care , especially saurab at reception, vinod, praful, ayub, and dhansing from the security team. the hotel was new and deeply clean. i received some complimentary services and enjoyed the lovely food. the gym had a nice view of the airport.

i paid extra for an extra large bed , but i did not receive it. the room i received did not match the expected size based on the description and extra price paid .

the breakfast staff, payal, was helpful and professional. she was attentive to all guest requests. i found the service to be quick and effective, as staff responded promptly to any inquiry. requests were managed efficiently.

the beautiful queen room had comfortable beds with clean , crisp linens. the room also included coffee and tea facilities. it was a standard design, with practical furniture and good lighting.
