Shubham provided really good care at the brasserie. The staff maintained everything to a high standard. I found all advertised amenities available and in good working order. The comfortable beds ensured restful nights (a real treat after long travels).
The waiting time for breakfast in the alternate venue was longer than expected because of limited space.

uneven experience near the airport
limescale shower doormessed up order
the bathroom in my king room was a letdown. the shower door had limescale and the tiles looked worn. i also had a strange experience with breakfast. i mentioned i was allergic to lentils, but they still messed up my order. it reminded me of my dietary needs weren't really taken seriously. that was frustrating!!!

I appreciated the breakfast spread. It had many options. Everything tasted fresh too. The level of cleanliness impressed me, as did the overall hospitality. I must thank the chefs for the customized dishes they prepared for me.
I must say the conference hall arrangement was not ideal. It interconnected with another hall. This led to disturbances because I could hear the other conversations. Basic accessories were missing too. No mints were available, a detail I expect at similar venues.
