long delayspoor communication

i have stayed at this hotel. the in-room dining service proved disappointing. i had ordered a club sandwich, chilli cheese toast, also cold coffee. it took over an hour to arrive. the staff blamed the delay on the breakfast service being busy even i dont understand this.

The staff was always there to cater to our needs in the conference room. Hammad was helpful and made strong coffee to keep me up and running (it worked!).

The room size was disappointing. It felt suitable for only a short stay for solo travelers. I found the location not great and in a congested area.
