faulty keycard sluggish staff
The service was not great. I was locked out of my room every day. The keycard never worked, it was annoying. There seemed to be a lot of staff around. But nobody seemed to do anything. The butler service was not helpful at all. Things were never on time.

Excellent Stay at a Fantastic Hotel!
polite staff really good service
I found the staff to be courteous and helpful . They went to great lengths to provide really good service. I appreciated that. The breakfast spread was humongous. It offered many South Indian options too!
The room I occupied wasn't exactly soundproof. I could overhear the person next door on the phone. It was distracting.

The hotel includes a massive swimming pool, a hot tub jacuzzi, and a spa. There is also a well-kept garden. It even has cute little bunnies, a big Koi fish pond, and some turkeys! The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

Rooms are spacious and feature ample storage and lavish bathrooms with separated sections. Rooms also include complimentary bottled water. Each room has two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Rooms have inviting lobbies and cozy cafe ambience.
