The service was not great. I was locked out of my room every day. The keycard never worked, it was annoying. There seemed to be a lot of staff around. But nobody seemed to do anything. The butler service was not helpful at all. Things were never on time.

I found the staff to be courteous and helpful . They went to great lengths to provide really good service. I appreciated that. The breakfast spread was humongous. It offered many South Indian options too!
The room I occupied wasn't exactly soundproof. I could overhear the person next door on the phone. It was distracting.

The hotel includes a massive swimming pool, a hot tub jacuzzi, and a spa. There is also a well kept garden. It even has cute little bunnies, a big Koi fish pond, and some turkeys! The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
