The buffet provided an excellent spread! Rajesh and Ramakant offered great service on the floor. The Indian options included roti and phulka! The restaurant ambience impressed me. I was upgraded to the Verandah Suite, a thoughtful gesture. The renovated Club Lounge was a highlight of my visit. Chanchal, Leon, and Rajesh offered warm hospitality and professionalism! Breakfast had a wide range of choices. Indra, Dharmesh, Soha, and Vrushali offered attentive and friendly service each morning.

There was a slight delay in getting a few in-room amenities delivered one evening! I requested those amenities on my final night.

Really good amenities and service

The fitness center impressed me with its extensive equipment. I saw six treadmills there. The free-weight section included dumbbells ranging from 2 to 25 kg. A dedicated stretching area featured yoga mats. The temperature remained at a COOL 20°C. The rooms have been well maintained with modern amenities.

My stay had a slight hiccup. The hotel laundry seemed quite expensive.

Melroy provided really good service going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Rajesh offered very kind assistance in procuring lunch after hours. Rahul, the manager, along with Dhruv, Logesh, Speed, and Zampa, delivered charming smiles and prompt assistance.

The rooms felt clean. The rooms have a good design. Rooms included modern amenities. Everything in the room worked very well, and there were NO issues at all.

The breakfast buffet provided many choices. The spread of buffet had amazing variety. Naveen, Sunny, Rajesh, Khyam, and Trupti are excellent chefs. The team including Rahul Mishra, Sahil, Fardeen, Durran, Nehesh, Mahindra, Akhilesh, and Bijender offered comfortable hospitality.

underwhelming stay and service issues

colonial mindset poor service

the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items.

i found a colonial mindset present , where staff paid more attention to foreigners and wealthy guests. as an indian business traveler , i felt disregarded and the service in the restaurants was poor. the staff did not greet me upon entering and the waiter started with a casual question , while using polite english for european guests at the next table.

i think the staff were so excellent throughout our stay, they were just great. i were upgraded on arrival, so that was a lovely surprise. the housekeeper are very friendly, they took care of all our needs, so that's great!

first, the car we came in wasn't allowed in by the guard, so bad start. i had to walk from the entrance. they never explain globalist benefits, i had to ask about them.
