excellent service great atmosphere inefficient manager unresolved problem

The staff were VERY attentive in the Merchants restaurant. Altaf provided excellent service. The restaurant had a good view and a great atmosphere. I found him very helpful

The night managers, Simran and Anuj, were INefficient. Anuj even put the phone down during our discussion. Mohak promised to resolve our problems, but he remained unavailable.

Excellent Service and Gold Lounge Experience

serene space elegant service excellent service

The Gold Lounge is a serene space with refined decor. High tea was presented perfectly and the evening service was elegant. Butler Associate Abhishek Salain provided excellent service, blending efficiency with genuine hospitality. He anticipated needs effortlessly and ensured every interaction felt personal and seamless.

The main restaurant was closed for a private event one morning, and breakfast was relocated to the smaller Gold Lounge. This caused some inconvenience.

The hotel includes complimentary airport transfers from terminals one and two. There is also a soft mini-bar in the room and access to the Gold Lounge for certain room types. The hotel offers spaces that are refined, warm, and thoughtfully curated.

excellent stay close to the airport

nice team good care great staff

the front office team was nice. they always took good care of us. simran, jay, and raunak stood out. arti, swara, anmol, and manish were also great.

The staff tried hard but it wasn't helpful. I wasn't informed that there would be a full night price charged for early check-in. i would have chosen a different hotel then.
