I LOVED the gym. It had modern equipment. Mr Pravin, the trainer, provided a good training routine and focused on form. He gave great advice on nutrition and sleep, which i appreciated. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices.
during my stay, the clerk made a fuss about applying a discount at check-out. i felt a bit cheated because it wasn't applied to my bar bill.

The gym was GOOD!!! I found a solid trainer named Mr Pravin there, and he gave me a good training routine. He focuses on form and offers guidance on managing nutrition and sleep.
I had dinner at Jamavar. The food quality was below standard. I told the chef about dietary restrictions 48 hours before, but it was not catered. The vegetable dish was not good, even though the chef tried to customize it at the last moment.

Mr. Akshit and Mr Sanmesh handled my check-in promptly. Miss Shruti, Miss Vaishnavee, and Miss Sanika were very thoughtful. The staff helped me order food, ensuring I got what I wanted. It was excellent hospitality.
The room key stopped working several times with problems. This was inconvenient.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! They had so many options. I really enjoyed the prompt check-in and the upgrade to a suite room.
I had issues with a third bed not being ready upon arrival. It took a long time to sort out that issue. I also saw spider webs at the swimming pool and even a rat! I did not use the pool after that.

I found the team was pretty good for my dad's 80th birthday. they ensured every detail was perfect, right from the airport pickup with wheelchair assistance. personalized care and attention to detail marked every step of the stay. It created excellent memories. ms farzana sheikh, ms jasleen, and mr ritesh deserve special recognition for their really good service.
i found that the lobby could get quite noisy sometimes.
