The breakfast service I experienced WAS quite poor. food ordered never arrived even after I asked again. i ended up leaving hungry and FRUSTRATED. it was quite loud.

The room had environmentally friendly amenities ideal for two guests.. There was a smart TV in the room. The breakfast buffet included an ice cream counter next to the waffle and pancake station. The location offered prime access to nearby restaurants and bars.

I experienced noise from tables and chairs from the restaurant above my room. I reported it, but no solution was offered. This impacted my rest and relaxation.

the check-in was quick and efficient. my room was a luxury king room and it was super clean. i found multiple outlets, so i did not need an adapter (a big plus!). the automatic curtain system was convenient.

the hotel gym was a bit crowded during peak hours. i had to wait to use some of the equipment. maybe extending the gym hours or expanding the space would help.
