faulty telephone early work
The service was not excellent. The room's telephone did not work. It was impossible to call the reception or room service. Work was being done next to our room starting at 9 am. This is not acceptable.

Okay Stay Near the Airport

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was also clean. The staff were hospitable and sweet (they even helped me with directions).
The hotel was hosting several private events. The rooftop pool area was closed one afternoon. I could hear noise from the garden area from my fifth-floor room.

Excellent Stay!
spacious room clean bathroom hospitable staff
I appreciated the clean and spacious rooms. The bathroom was also very clean. The staff was very hospitable and sweet (it's a nice bonus!).
I noticed plastic water bottles were standard. Providing glass bottles would be a better sustainability practice.
