delayed room serviceempty minibar
I had a few issues . The room service was quite delayed. I waited over an HOUR for a simple order. the minibar wasn't properly stocked. There were no snacks AT ALL. This was like a basic oversight for a hotel in this category.

i found the staff very attentive at check in the process was smooth and quick. my room was spacious and well appointed it included a king size bed. the proximity to the airport made it easy for my early morning flight.
i could not get an early check in however

the hotel offered really good facilities. customer service was great , and every request was fulfilled. the food was very nice , and i particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
the waiting area was overcrowded , similar to a railway platform. basic amenities were missing and required a request. in-room essentials like lip balm also required follow-up.
