spacious room friendly staff indian cuisine
the room was very spacious the jio center was visible from it i found plenty of snacks there i also found plenty of sweet tasting water kept in the room no plastic bottles were used. the staff was very helpful and friendly i experienced cooperative service breakfast was really good it. food was served exactly as per my choice and taste the indian cuisine was perfect the parantha were nicely prepared and crisp the dal and paneer tasted really yummy
i experienced a slight delay during check-in

i found the hotel centrally located near the us consulate the room i stayed in felt spacious i appreciated the clean linens provided the staff demonstrated consistent courtesy i particularly valued their efficiency in addressing requests.
i noticed the happy hour menu presented limited choices i would have appreciated more flexibility with beer selections of similar value.

The hotel provided a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I found the location convenient for accessing different parts of the city.

i received assistance with directions and services for dinner from dipesh at the bar. he took great care of us as we worked. shubham pandey and akhilesh bhatt were very courteous. .!!

underwhelming stay expensive rates
slow service broken telephone
the bar service was slow despite few patrons. i waited fifteen minutes for a drink order a minor inconvenience became irritating. the room telephone also malfunctioned i reported it twice but it was not fixed. i feel this reflects a lack of attention to detail for a hotel of this price.
