loud air conditioning lack of lounge chairs
the breakfast was acceptable, i suppose.
I asked for a room with an ocean view and ended up staring at a wall. the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine all night. also, finding a lounge chair by the pool was like competing in the olympics. People were practically throwing elbows.

noticeable scuff marks moldy shower grout
The breakfast buffet had a decent variety. There was something for everyone i guess.
My room felt pretty dated. the walls had some noticeable scuff marks and the shower grout needed a serious scrub. It was a bit moldy. i tried reaching out to the concierge before my trip, but never received a response, despite several follow-ups. it's not the relaxing experience i was hoping for at this price point

a peaceful haven by the sea
really good service luxurious comfort attentive staff decorated suite
aumang's welcome was special. the hotel blends luxury and comfort beautifully. the staff was attentive, a sweet surprise . the sunset suite was great with decorations.
The room had a very slight musty scent. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The lotus restaurant features a vast buffet. the spread includes dishes for everyone. The staff were attentive! deepti, sky, and song were especially helpful.

the executive lounge staff provides wonderful service, offering speciality foods and drinks each night, i could not have asked for better service! rohan, saakshi, and veena took excellent care of all my needs.

The location offers access to many restaurants and shops. the proximity to the beach allows for scenic walks. The hotel is an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration, it is fine!

The guest room included a king-sized bed and ocean view. This allowed for a romantic and tender vista! the rooms were always clean and well-kept, with fresh linens daily.
