Excellent Restaurant and Efficient Service

efficient service dinner spread caring staff

I was very happy with the food service. Sumon and Junuka served all guests very efficiently. They especially cared for aged people. It was a nice experience. The breakfast and dinner spread were also wonderful.

The location was very convenient. It made getting around easy. the staff was always ready to assist. i found my room spacious and very clean. i enjoyed the good food.

my room offered a city view. the room was spacious. the bed was comfortable. i found housekeeping very attentive to my needs. i appreciated the quick support i received from simona from the housekeeping team. the hotel's location.

breakfast choice delicious juice clean room faulty ac broken fridge rude staff

breakfast offered many choices. palak lauki juice was quite delicious, as was the beetroot mint juice. the hotel was very clean and the rooms were a good size. the views from the hotel were good too.

the business class room i stayed in did not have a properly functioning ac. the mini fridge wasn't working either. behavior of staff in the restaurant during my final day was shocking and i felt disregarded. we were asked to leave because we were working there.
