comfortable room efficient staff
my stay included a comfortable superior queen room on f&b. housekeeping staff were timely and efficient (especially manoj, rajendra, and mukesh).

the hotel food was amazing, fresh, and full of flavor (i especially liked the dinner buffet). the restaurant staff were also courteous, attentive, and ready to help, great.

the room was clean and minimalist, yet equipped for a comfortable stay. it had excellent air conditioning, much appreciated. i also thought it was great that the rooms are spacious.

mixed feelings about this place
towel rationing breakfast dosa
the location was acceptable, near some shops i wanted to visit.
Finding towels became a scavenger hunt. I had to call housekeeping multiple times for a basic towel. it seemed like they had a secret towel rationing system. also, the breakfast dosa resembled a thick, spongy pancake more than the crispy treat i expected. at least the coffee was hot, i guess

tasty dosas friendly staff easy transportation
The breakfast was amazing. They prepare tasty dosas. Many eggless bakery items are available. Staff are friendly and helpful. Finding an auto or uber is easy. Rooms were comfortable.
The bathroom was not clean. Taps were dirty. The hand wash was not replaced. The room floor was sticky and uncleaned. I noticed an unpleasant smell.
