The hotel is a short walk to the train station. It is easy to find after exiting the station and crossing the bridge. The hotel provides a shuttle service which simplifies travel to the airport. I found a convenience store on the second floor of the hotel, very useful.

I found that the air conditioning is centrally regulated. I was not able to control the room temperature to my preference.

A Haven Near the Airport

The shuttle bus service offered a smooth transition to the airport. I saw clear schedules and a dedicated pick-up point. The staff demonstrated a high level of friendliness at check in. They were able to help with clear directions and information. The convenience store on level 2 provided easy access to necessities. Rinku Premium Outlet offered lovely shopping nearby.

The check-in process did take a little time, tiring after my flight.

The complimentary airport shuttle was so convenient. the reasonably priced breakfast buffet was a total treat! i loved how close it was to the train station. Kyoto was an easy day trip! the staff spoke english well, a huge plus.

the self-check-in screens felt a little impersonal, i missed the face-to-face interaction.

the hotel has convenient access to rinku town train station. a supermarket sits directly across from the hotel, very handy for necessities. i found the 24/7 convenience store on site particularly useful for late-night snacks (especially the onigiri!).

the air conditioning looked centrally controlled and wasn't adjustable in my room.

The hotel arranged a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel it helped us as we traveled with a child our flight arrived at night The hotel is clean and the location is near the airport just 15 minutes The hotel's 2nd floor has a 24-hour convenience store.

The self-check-in lacked a personal touch for a hotel of this category The use of the machine felt impersonal I also found no water bottle provided in the room There were minimal toiletries available at reception.

Super Convenient Location

spacious room airport shuttle great location

The triple room was quite spacious. It easily accommodated three adults and my baby. We even had enough space to set up a portable crib. I loved that Rinku outlets are so close. The free airport shuttle was very helpful, too. It made everything smoother.

The air conditioning was a little tricky to figure out.
