The location near the airport made our transit stress-free and efficient. the proximity to rinku town shops was a definite plus. I found some lovely clothes there. i also appreciated the early morning shuttle to the airport because it simplified our departure. the size of the room allowed us to relax and unpack completely.

a bit of dust on the wall near the ceiling was noticeable.

the staff let us leave our luggage at the lobby after checkout , which was very convenient. access to rinku town and the train station was also quite easy , it saved time.

the room was too warm , even with the ambient temperature being cool outside. i had to take a cold shower to cool down , which was not ideal.

the room was close to the train station and easy access from it.

the room was to hot and stuffy. i could not sleep because it was hypoxically hot. i could not control the air con and i couldn't open a window. the doonas were so hot and heavy and there was no top sheet.
