the staff were very helpful . i like the pool and gym access, it was free. the architecture had an excellent design. i got new water bottles everyday, i found that complementary.
the fridge in my room did not cool very well. this was slightly inconvenient for storing drinks.

the hotel is located on the main street, this is near supermarkets and groceries. it is a ten minute walk to the metro station, very convenient. the position is great for getting around.

breakfast had variety, there was food for many tastes. i got good value for money at breakfast, this was a good experience. there was no earl grey tea, but i got other tea.

samar was the best receptionist, i met. the staff were well mannered, this was appreciated. raquel, the housekeeping manager, ensured my room was at its best. they offered very nice service.

the location is convenient with supermarkets and groceries nearby. a short walk gets you to the metro station in about ten minutes. i found the staff to be very helpful and the price was fair.
