Yes, a shuttle service operates between the airport and the hotel. The pick-up point is at Terminal 3, Arrivals, Ground Floor. Simply cross the road toward the railway station, and you will find the shuttle bus park near door number 3. The shuttle costs 8 Euros per person.

What time does the last shuttle leave the airport, and is there a possibility to arrange a later check-in if my flight arrives close to midnight?

The last shuttle from the airport departs at 22:00. Unfortunately, check-in is only available from 14:00 until 23:00, after which the hotel cannot accept any guests.
