the location proved convenient! especially its close proximity to the airport. the staff ensured prompt and efficient service. i found a good selection of snacks and tea available even during late hours, a great perk for late-arriving travelers. everything i needed was already in the room.

the immediate neighborhood surrounding the hotel seemed somewhat unpleasant.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was well kept. i found the provided bed to be quite comfortable and i had a good night's rest. the room was also spacious.

mixed experience near the airport

smoke smellgeyser malfunction

The room smelled strongly of smoke. we had to take a smaller one instead. the replacement room lacked basic amenities like towels, slippers, and toiletries. Only soap was present. the geyser malfunctioned, requiring an electrician's visit, but it failed again later that night. this caused considerable inconvenience.

the breakfast included good rooms with decent beds, so i guess that's alright.

The room i got was pretty small. the tv wasn't even working at first. I had to call someone to fix it. and to top it off, the quilt had some questionable stains on it (not a fan of those surprises).
