attentive staff clean rooms airport transfer diverse menu

i found the staff very attentive and prompt with all requests. the rooms were very clean and spacious. the hotel offered complimentary airport transfers. the on-site restaurant provided a diverse menu with prompt service, i liked that. i appreciated the availability of a well-equipped fitness center including modern machines.

the soundproofing could be improved, i noticed some noise from nearby traffic.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of options for meals. The breakfast buffet includes both indian and continental dishes. the citrus cafe provided tasty meals! the staff always served with a smile, i am grateful for that.

The room had climate control, and it worked very well. There was also a ceiling fan. the bathroom included toiletries and fresh towels. the bed had quality linen. I slept very well and appreciated the cleanliness.

The staff were cute and friendly. they were professional. the breakfast was great and a wide range of items was there to choose from. vijay kumar, the food and beverage manager on duty came to my table to check all was okay. I found that very caring. the room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

my room was pretty clean and modern. it included most amenities i needed for my stay, like fresh towels and toiletries. the front desk staff allowed early check-in and the housekeeping was helpful.

the technology felt a bit outdated , relying on legacy systems without much personalization.

The reception staff did not seem very helpful. I contacted in-room dining. but service was slow. and a little dismissive! the buffet lacked freshness. I noticed several items looked stale. This affected my dining experience.
