acceptable location responsive staff poor sound insulation disruptive noise

the location was acceptable. staff were responsive to my inquiries.

i found the noise level unacceptable. i could hear every passerby on the street and the sound insulation was poor. it was especially disruptive during the early morning hours when tourists dragged their luggage past.
