I appreciated the good breakfast variety. the staff were fluent in english, a huge help. the location was great. It was a short walk to the metro station. i found it easy to get to the duomo and other sites.

the room was a good size and very clean. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom included fresh, soft towels. i really had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast had many options available, including alternatives for lactose intolerant people. the restaurant staff were fast and efficient. the quality was excellent. The food was AMAZING!!!

The location was alright, because it's near the train station.
My single room proved small. I found no plugs near the bed which was inconvenient. I felt that breakfast was below what I expect for what I paid.

Francesco greeted me very Kindly upon arrival. The breakfast included hot options, along with a substantial variety. The location was close to Piazzale Loreto.
I noticed some slight noises coming from the pipes in the bathroom.
