Excellent Stay in a Prime Spot

The location was fantastic. I found it very convenient to reach the center. The gondolas were also a short walk away, which I appreciated. I stored my bags after checkout. This service was helpful, and I could explore without luggage. Access to laundry facilities was a definite bonus. I managed my clothes easily.

The room was smaller than it was in photos though it was functional.

A communal kitchen was available. It made preparing meals simple. This kitchen included essential cooking equipment and ample space. The location is near several restaurants though I did not dine there.

The staff was friendly. They assisted with phone calls related to activity cancellations. Their help was prompt. I found it very effective. They provided comprehensive information about the area and hotel services, which I valued.

A ski gear drying room was available. This is useful for winter visitors. A guest laundry on site offered convenience. I could wash clothes as needed. Luggage storage was available too. THIS was very useful.

The communal kitchen was located right outside my room. This made meal preparation simple. i found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. they assisted me with a phone call i needed to make to a company that had canceled my activity.

The check-in experience presented some frustrations. The parking instructions lacked clarity. there were numerous warnings regarding fines for incorrect parking. i found no assigned spot upon arrival.

the room offered a bluetooth speaker for playing personal music, which i found very convenient. the room also had sufficient water pressure and was clean.

The kitchenette was well-equipped. This allowed me to easily prepare small meals. i observed a picnic table situated in the garden area, which looked very inviting for outdoor dining.

The two-bedroom apartments come with two super king beds that can be configured into singles upon request. The Lake View Apartment features a TV in the living room and in each bedroom, while the Garden View Apartment has one TV in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms.
