the airport shuttle was free, so easy, and runs constantly. i made sure i called them once i grabbed my bags , it was seamless. check-in was super quick , the staff was helpful, and i snagged a free drink at the bar for being a member.

the shuttle service was easy and quick. the room was nice and i found everything i needed (tea and coffee).
i found no information about how to arrange airport transfers. i had to call upon my arrival. the packed breakfast replacement was quite ridiculous. i am not even sure how or where you would try to eat it. it could be better with a simple sandwich, a bottle of water and a juice.

The airport shuttle was convenient, though babies aren't allowed, which i wasn't told beforehand. i ended up paying $75 for a taxi to the airport. the phones in the room didn't work. This made it hard to contact reception. also, the minibar was empty despite the presence of a minibar list.

The hotel provided a super quick and easy courtesy bus. I rang after luggage pickup, and the bus arrived within minutes. The staff was friendly, polite, and cute. The check-in process was seamless and very quick.

This hotel room size rocks. The free shuttle to the airport makes travel easy. I checked in late without problems. The staffs hospitality was great. They smiled.
I noticed the room's power points werent working. I tried calling reception, but no one answered my calls. I wish they would fix that. That was annoying.

The hotel boasts a pool area with about twenty sun loungers. A shaded section offers respite from the sun. A gym exists. It contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This allows for a full workout.
