The room was lovely. it featured a big tv and refrigerator. i also liked the proximity to the u-bahn station. It's very close. there are also many shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area, convenient.

the location was good, near train connections and food.

i was disappointed by the lack of hot water on the first night. when i asked at reception about getting to the airport, the receptionist was unhelpful. checkout was difficult too, as the computers were down, and i missed my train to the airport

the location is great since it has so many cafes close by. the rooms are large, really useful. also, it's close to trains and busses, so traveling is easy peasy!
