The quadruple room was quite comfortable. The hotel is very close to an Italian restaurant. It is an easy walk. The front desk receptionist was helpful and kind.
The breakfast was my main issue. It was not what I expected. The advert led me to expect hot breakfast options, but the options were less than continental. I saw limited cereal options.

The room i stayed in was quite disappointing. the temperature was difficult to adjust. it felt more like a warm breeze than a proper hairdryer. It barely dried my hair.

limited breakfastmissing kettle
The breakfast options were quite limited. There were not many choices available, and some items ran out quickly (i would have loved more variety). the lack of a kettle in the room made it inconvenient for making tea or coffee outside of reception hours. It's a simple addition I REALLY missed.

the room was just right. it has everything i needed. there was a table and enough space to hang my clothes. also, space for my suitcase was available. the bathroom was spacious and had plugs exactly where i needed them.
the reception staff was not very nice to guests. they seemed annoyed when guests asked questions. this could improve for a better guest experience.

the hotel sits a short distance from the airport with public transport nearby. the hotel was clean, new, and well appointed. the design seemed well thought out. i consider its value excellent.
there were few towels in my three-person room. i noticed weak lighting. the room was very cold, even after setting the thermostat to the maximum temperature.

The room was clean and tidy. I was staying just for one night, so its location easy to get from airport by bolt taxi was convenient. everything was provided, what was in description. i appreciated the beautiful view from the window on flying airplanes.
On my bed sheets, there were blood stains. there was also a dead fly on the tv. the receptionist did swap the duvet for a fresh one. I didn't catch her name but she had blonde hair.
