The staff stored my luggage. This was REALLY helpful after checkout. My room had complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. The hotel provides complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. The beds were comfortable after a long day.

The bathroom was a little tight. There was no level surface to place toiletries. There was also limited access to outlets.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. He recommended places to eat.

The room was small. It made moving around a bit difficult! The lack of natural light. I did not think the hotel offered the best value for the price.

the front desk staff was helpful. they were knowledgeable about the area. the ability to have bags held before checking in was a plus. there was also a discount for parking.

i stayed on the first floor and could hear everything from the lobby. they can sound proof the doors a little better. my two-night stay was one of the most disappointing.

the room size was a real problem it felt cramped and lacked space for luggage the absence of a proper wardrobe made it difficult to store clothes neatly there wasn't even a designated spot for a suitcase the room felt quite small for two people the noise from outside was constant and disruptive it made sleeping difficult despite the late hours

elena was very helpful with my bags. other staff members helped me feel at home. the room was very cosy. everything work great. location has many choices within a walk.

the room is very small so be prepare. the mattress was wobbly. my window face fire stairs. someone dropped trash there.

charmed by the little things

good location 24-hour tea comfortable beds

The location were good. i could walk to many places i wanna to see. the 24-hour tea and coffee in the lobby is a nice touch. my room with two queen beds had plenty room. Beds was comfort.
