The room i had was far from excellent. the air conditioning barely worked. the noise was a real problem. I could hear everything from the hallway, and it made sleeping difficult. i was expecting much more from this hotel.

I encountered issues with noise from adjacent rooms. The sound insulation was inadequate. i was disturbed throughout the night and morning. the floor covering was worn. the promised room upgrade to a suite never materialized.

the dining facilities were limited , and i found myself walking to a nearby hotel for more options. the shuttle schedule to the malls was also restrictive , hardly the luxury one expects.

The staff were helpful and easy to approach for check in and check out.

The hotel needs better management of its facilities. The room I received showed signs of overuse with stained shower drapes and slightly off-white towels. A cockroach made its way across the bathroom floor.
