the staff were helpful and the location was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants

the room was small the bed was not very comfortable i expected more for the price i paid also noise from the street kept me awake at night it really disrupted my sleep and made me feel tired during the day

the staff was very hospitable. free drinks were available including water, tea, coffee, and coke. a mezcal tasting bar was available (i enjoyed that).

the room i booked had inconveniently placed outlets (this was a very slight inconvenience).

The room was smaller than I anticipated. I think it was supposed to be a beautiful room. The bed seemed too firm for my taste too. I had a difficult time getting really comfortable during the nights I stayed. The noise from the street was noticeable at times. Earplugs would have helped.

the staff was very attentive. they gifted us locally made soap upon arrival. upon our departure, they provided us with parting gifts as well. they did their best to meet our needs.

the bed in the room was quite small. a traditional lobby was absent.
