the staff was very friendly. jesus at the front desk walked us to our room and explained the services. the hotel also gave me a new toothbrush because i forgot mine. the location is great because it is close to coffee bars and food places!

my check-in was not very smooth. there were two employees handling a long line of customers, it seemed. i also rented two rooms. one had a broken lamp and the bathroom door did not open well!
