the ac didn't work when i arrived at night! i told the receptionist, but he said nobody could fix it then. mexico without ac is hard! they fixed it the next day, but my first night was rough. also, the breakfast was not good. i expected more variety.

the staff was friendly, they gave fast service. the location was perfect close to places i wanted to visit. the hotel was clean and safe. i find it very comfortable.

the walls are very thin, i could hear the television next door. i could hear conversations like they was happening in my room. also when someone used the shower above it sounds like it was leaking in my room.
