a VERY nice visit

immaculate room amazing cleanliness many options great service

I found the room immaculate. The cleanliness was amazing. Breakfast features many options. The staff offers great service. I appreciated the availability of water in the room to take outside during the day. the location near the castle was definitely a plus.

the spa i wanted to visit needed a reservation and extra payment, so i did not even go in.

Location is REALLY great, very close to the castle. Walking to Charles bridge is easy. Mala Strana quarter, with its baroque style, is gorgeous and provides amazing walks nearby.

The room included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also present. There were enough towels and toiletries provided daily. i find THE design pleasing and functional.

varied foods cheerful staff cozy room lumpy pillows street lighting missing taps

the breakfast buffet had many tasty foods. i found something i enjoyed. the staff at the hotel were always cheerful. they were smiling and ready to immediately help with our requests. the room was impeccably maintained. it was clean and cozy.

The pillows were either lumpy or flat. That affected my sleep. my room was always lit up because of street lighting. there were no real curtains. That was disappointing. the bath looked amazing but it had no taps.
