the hotel staff was friendly. they aimed to. i was offered a welcome drink upon arrival. i received a welcome gift of wine and cheese in my room. the room, like the hotel, was super clean.
the hotel had a lot of steps, which might be difficult with mobility issues.

superb and good stay!

the welcome reception was so lovely when i arrived! i found a welcome letter in my room, a nice touch. the breakfasts in the dining room were wonderful with great attention to detail. all staff members were very helpful, and my room was beautiful. the hotel helped with setting up a city tour. a car to the train station was arranged for me too!
The shower and bathtub setup wasn't ideal. It felt unsafe because there was nothing to hold onto! the room felt a bit dark, and the tv wasn't great. also, there were too many steps everywhere, a little inconvenient
